Delivery and Payment

Order production time:

All products are made to order in our studio after payment on the website.
Order processing – 1 business day (Mon – Fri / 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
It usually takes 7-15 business days to manufacture an order based on your measurements or a specific size.
During the peak wedding season (April – October), the order production time may increase.
Please take this into account and check with our manager.
This period may also vary depending on the complexity of the order and the number of items in it.
If you need to receive your order faster, please contact our manager about this possibility and we will try to help.

Payment:

Payments can be made with Visa or Master Card payment cards from any bank in the world.
The payment service is provided by the HUTKO payment system using a modern and secure payment card authorization mechanism.
Payment card details are entered in a secure mode and are not accessible to employees.

Worldwide Delivery:

Your order will be delivered to the address you specify, to a post office, post box, or by Nova Poshta courier.
Immediately after your order is shipped, you will receive a notification or email with a tracking number for your parcel.
The cost of delivery is calculated according to the postal operator's rates and is not included in the cost of the goods.

Please note that in addition to the cost of the order and the cost of delivery, a commission for the cost of the money transfer is also payable.
