Return Policy

According to Ukrainian law, underwear, swimwear, and hosiery items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are made to measure or partially customized for the customer cannot be returned either.
Before placing your order, please make sure that you have taken your measurements correctly.

If the item is too tight or too large, please contact our manager to correct your order. To return an item, please contact the manager by phone, as indicated in the store's contact information, or by email at info@linnicaro.ua
After conducting a study (comparing the measurements provided with the size of the manufactured product), we can adjust your order, agreeing on the preliminary conditions and details.
The deadline for returning an order is 14 days and is carried out at the expense of the merchant (applies to certain types of goods in standard sizes).
The goods must be returned with all tags, decorative elements, undamaged branded packaging, and without signs of wear.
The seller inspects the goods and, after deciding on the possibility of a return, the last item is considered delicate.
After the appropriate decision is made, the funds are returned to the buyer within 10 business days.
